Arts Build Communities Grant

$5,000 Grant – No Match Required

The Arts Build Communities (ABC) Grant, funded by the Tennessee Arts Commission, is now open. This opportunity supports projects that expand access to the arts and strengthen community engagement across Tennessee.

Grants of up to $5,000 are available, with no matching funds required. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and local government entities located within the state.

HOME Rehabilitation Program Grant

Up to $750,000 – No Match Required

The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) announces availability of funding awards to cities, counties, and private/non-profit organizations under its 2026 HOME Rehabilitation Program Description, approved by the THDA Board of Directors on March 24, 2026.

Eligible HOME Rehab activities include homeowner rehabilitation and reconstruction of units for low-income homeowners.

The Home Investment Partnership grant is a competitive grant and funds are limited.

Workforce Training Funding Opportunity

The South Central Tennessee Development District’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Department partners with businesses across the region to connect employers with resources that strengthen and upskill the local workforce.

Funding is available for Incumbent Worker Training, which helps businesses invest in their current employees through skill development and job training initiatives.

This program can help employers:

  • Train and upskill existing full-time employees
  • Strengthen workforce skills to meet industry needs
  • Improve retention and reduce the risk of layoffs
