MOUNT PLEASANT, TN. – The South Central Tennessee Development District (SCTDD) is pleased to announce its Executive Committee officers for the 2026–2027 term, following the committee’s quarterly meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
Following nominations presented by the Nominating Committee, the following officers were confirmed:
- Chairman: Donna Hartman, Mayor of Fayetteville
- Vice-Chairman: Sloan Stewart, Moore County Mayor (not pictured)
- Secretary/Treasurer: David Morgan, Lawrence County Executive
Serving as an officer of SCTDD’s Executive Committee represents an additional commitment to regional leadership and collaboration. These positions help guide the District’s efforts to strengthen communities, support local governments, and advance opportunities throughout South Central Tennessee.
