Spring Hill, TN — Stephanie Sinclair, Executive Director of the Lawrence County Senior Center, has been named this year’s recipient of the “Making a Difference Award” presented by the South Central Adult Abuse Coalition.

Nominated by the coalition, this award recognizes an individual who truly exemplifies what it means to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.
Through Stephanie’s unwavering compassion and dedication, she has made a significant impact on seniors both within the center and throughout the community. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure homebound and struggling individuals have access to essential resources, including food, financial assistance, and home modifications.
Stephanie takes the time to personally connect with individuals, offering encouragement and support during difficult moments and helping them feel seen, valued, and empowered.
Her leadership in developing meaningful programs — such as meditation, wellness classes, and outreach initiatives — has improved the physical and emotional well-being of countless seniors. In addition, her commitment to collaboration with hospitals, law enforcement, and Adult Protective Services reflects her strong dedication to advocacy and protecting those at risk.
