SCTDD Named Tennessee’s Best for the Middle Tennessee Region

Tennessee Housing Development Agency has named SCTDD Tennessee’s Best for the Middle Tennessee Region. We are honored to accept this award, which represents the tireless work behind the Home Emergency Repair Program (ERP).

Over the past year, we have expanded our housing department to serve not only the 13 counties within the South Central region, but also the 13 counties that make up the Greater Nashville Region. SCTDD now provides housing assistance from Clarksville to Ardmore — and everywhere in between. We remain deeply committed to this important work and to advancing much-needed improvements in rural housing.
