The Executive Committee of the South Central Tennessee Development District (SCTDD) will hold a Special Session on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at The University of Tennessee Southern, Gault Arts Center, 433 West Madison Street, Pulaski, TN 38478.

The agenda will include:

• Approval of previous meeting minutes
• Approval of the organizational chart
• Approval of the financial audit
• Approval of the SCATS Procurement Manual
• Approval of the Title VI Plan
