The Staff of the South Central Tennessee Development District, Area Agency on Aging and Disability is working hard toward the goal of helping Seniors to maintain a more productive standard of living in their home environment. With the assistance of the home-delivered meals, homemaker services, and senior citizen centers activities, we are helping to maintain a more vibrant senior group.  

The county senior citizen centers host a wide variety of activities which promote fellowship among seniors, such as games, crafts, outings & trips, as well as serving as a local focal point for such services as meals and transportation.  The Area Agency hosts the district Senior Olympic Games each year in May/June.  The photographs below show some of the various activities available for Seniors at the local county centers.
